Family fun

This week's i [heart] faces contest is: 'We Are Family'. I'm pulling this one out of the archives. This has long been one of my favorite shots - what fun these two are having! There's something about that Father and Son love, isn't there?

The theme in this week's i [heart] faces challenge is 'Sweet Dreams'. This is a picture of a 6 day old and her mom. Who do you think is having the sweeter dream? Hard to tell, I think.

I [heart] sun flare

This week over at i [heart] faces, the theme is sun flare. I thought that I would throw my hat in the ring with this one! It was a beautiful sunny day and this little guy was on the move and wasn't incredibly interested in having his picture taken. I was taking a few shots as he was walking towards me and when he got too close, I laid down. That's when I got this shot. One of my favorites from the day. His eyes show that he's on his way to somewhere and the sun flare adds and extra layer of fun to the picture. =)
